Glenwood Corned Beef Roast

Cured in house with pickling spices. Uncooked. A Glenwood Classic!

Cooking Suggestion: Bring pot of water to a boil. (You want enough water to cover the meat once added to the pot). Place meat and spices into pot and reduce to simmer. DO NOT BOIL MEAT. Simmer for 90 min. per pound (3 hours per KG) or until tender with a fork. Serve hot or cold.
