Island Chef Leforts’ Creole Spice Blend

This Creole spice is a blend of onions, garlic, herbs, spices, and an extra kick of Fresno chilis for good measure! Spice up anything you want to eat: fish; fried chicken; and tacos—dedicated to the family that taught me the meaning of Southern Hospitality.

Ingredients: Sweet onion, red onion, red fresno chili powder, garlic, green onion, kosher salt, black pepper, thyme, coriander seed, oregano, cumin seed, white pepper, bay leaf.
