Island Chef Racalmutos Inferno – Pepper Spread (Bomba)

Inspired by a childhood classic “La Bomba” antipasto spread. This interation of the calabrian classic was created for my father, the hardest working man I know who taught me the foundation of effort that goes into all of our hand-crafted products. Perfect on sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and everything in between.

Ingredients: Hot Italian Peppers, Sundried Tomato, Kalamata Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Wild Vancouver Island Mushrooms, Eggplant, Olive Oil, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Onion, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Fennel, Oregano.
