Old Fashion Stuffed Pork Chop

A boneless pork loin chop stuffed with our house made Old Fashion Stuffing: breadcrumbs, celery, onions, parsley, dried cranberry and a pinch of garlic. Bake at 350F until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
