Hot Taco Stuffed Chicken Breast

A single skin on chicken breast stuffed with our house made Hot Taco stuffing: Breadcrumbs, Corn, Black Beans, Monterey Jack Cheese, Cayenne Pepper, Lemon Juice, Salsa, Onion and Garlic.

Bake at 350F until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
